Enhancement Request: Ability to hide Enable Catalog Administrator Authoring within VB

Description (Required):

The “Enable Catalog Administrator Authoring” field is currently visible on the Blanket Purchase Agreement and Contract Purchase Agreement page. We would like VB to have the ability to hide this field.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Mayo is not currently using the “Enable Catalog Administrator Authoring” feature, so we want to ensure end users do not select this option in error.
