Be able to validate category and Account at the moment that we press the submit button

Summary: Be able to validate category and Account at the moment that we press the submit button.

Page, Self Service Requisition/Cart page.

We want to be able to do a validation between the Category and 1 segment of the account, at the moment that requester press the submit button.

I am not sure, but I think this is part of the Collection Rule page.

Can we do this type of validation? Thanks
