Impact of Calendar work days and shift changes

Summary:

We are changing the calendar setup from 5 working days to 4 working days and from 3 shifts of 8 hours each to 2 shifts of 10 hours each. (for this we created a new calendar and assigned it to the inventory organization)

During our testing, we observed that this change is impacting lead time calculations for both buy and make items in planned orders. However, it is not impacting existing Work Orders or Purchase Orders in Fusion.

Could you please confirm whether this is the expected behavior or if we are missing any additional setup or process considerations?
