Bind variable in custom single attribute timecard field

Hello,

I have a requirement for a custom timecard field in timecard. when user select 'Regular Hours' from payroll time type, custom field will list A and B in LOV and when select 'Overtime Hours', custom field will list C and D. i have set up this mapping in VS, my custom single attribute timecard field table based VS have bind variable payroll time type. when i create the timecard 1st time my custom field LOV is showing as per the requirement, but issue is when i SAVE.

1st it give me a timecard saved pop up but status never changed to SAVED. always stay in NEW.
