Load Resources in Helpdesk Queues

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

We have a longer list of resources who needs to be added as a individual resources for each queue.(eg. in one queue we need to add 30 resources).

We want to do a bulk load of resources to each queue and wanted to check if there is a way we can do this

We saw the below note but it is showing we need to add below details in the csv and we are unsure from where do we get these.
