getting errors when running extraction request from EBS

Summary:
we are running "Extract data for oracle supply chain planning cloud" request in oracle EBS and in 1st 2 times when i ran the request there was no error and it ran successfully but there were no files generated for BOM/Routing in output.
Then i ran the request again but now i am getting the error in APS collection refresh snapshot thread for BOM lines.
i ran the request using targeted refresh collection method.
I am also attaching the log file here.

Questions:
1. Why no files were generated for BOM/Routing in firt run?
2. Why we are getting these errors now in different programs?
