How we can get the approval from a user like over email ?

I have a requirement to get the approval from a predefined users when someone tries to create supplier using ai agent.

any X Y Z user when tries to create the supplier, it must go to a static user like abc@example.com and when that person approves agent must go ahead and create the supplier.

how to achieve this ?
