Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): We have this book that has been working for couple of years. After April upgrade in mid April, we noticed that our existing table of content is not showing on that book anymore. Does anyone else encounter this?

The table of content of some of our other book are showing, but with slightly different layout than before. We also tried several ways of adjusting margin of TOC, but the one missing TOC still misses the TOC.
