How can I configure the AI Agent in Redwood UI for Oracle CPQ on non-Oracle CRM integrated sites (such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics)?

I already created a Generic Integration for Fusion, but the AI Agent is still not working. Could you please help me understand the additional configuration steps or prerequisites required?
