HCM Cloud Data Dictionary Mapping – UI Labels, Database Objects, and Confidentiality Classification

Summary:

We are working on improving HR metadata awareness and AI readiness within Oracle HCM Cloud, and are looking for a comprehensive HCM Data Dictionary that includes information such as:

• Database Object / Table / View Name
• HCM UI Label (business-friendly field label shown in UI)
• Confidentiality / Sensitive Data Classification

We already have OTBI subject area lineage information that helps map database objects, but it does not provide the corresponding UI labels.

Has anyone:

• Built a similar metadata repository or data dictionary?
• Found a way to extract UI labels directly from HCM Cloud?
• Used HDL/HSDL metadata, REST APIs, BI metadata, or other approaches for this mapping?
