Can we grant an executive admin access to submit absences on behalf of the executive they support

in Human Capital Management

Is it possible to grant an executive admin access to submit absences on behalf of the executive they support? For example if I were an admin assistant to my manager, I should be able to submit PTO on their behalf without having access to other team members or any administrative absence tasks.
