The extraction process is failing during prompt testing and scheduled process execution.
We are testing the Oracle Fusion Enterprise Contracts 25B feature:
“Extract Key Terms from Contract Documents Using Generative AI”
The setup is completed successfully:
- Opt-In enabled
- Custom role created and added along with the required privileges
- Key Terms and Prompts created
- Contract configuration completed
However, while testing prompt extraction or running “Extract Key Terms”, the process fails.
UI sometimes shows:
“The server is currently unavailable.”
After clicking the 'Extract key terms' option the ESS log shows:
“The document couldn't be processed. Ensure that the document is a text-based PDF file that doesn't contain Type 3 fonts.”
We are uploading a normal contract PDF, but extraction still fails for some files.
