Custom Content data is not reflecting in the Supplier registration page.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have added Welcome page information in the custom content setup page during the external supplier registration configuration. However, the content is not appearing the supplier registration page as mentioned in the Oracle's feature's summary.

Please note that we have used VBS to display the message earlier and the same has been deleted as mentioned in the setup. However. this is still not working. Has anyone come across this issue and please let us know if you have any resolution.
