VBCS template to update the EFF at item organization level

Summary: We have requirement as - one EFF of context 'Item Context', let's say 'eff1' is chucked for thousands of items, now we need uncheck this and mark another eff under same context, let's say 'eff2'. trying REST API but facing some issue.

can someone please provide VBCS template to perform the same.
