EBS to supply chain planning integration

Summary:

we are extracting data from EBS version 12.2.10 and will upload it to fusion version 26A.
My question is after extracting the required data is there any auto solution available like using SOAP/REST API to upload data directly into fusion and not have to upload it manually every-time.
our requirement is to automate the extraction and uploading process into fusion as much as possible. As we will certainly extract data atleast 2-3 times per day.
