How to auto Approve PTO for an exempt employee?

Hi All,

We have an requirement where in PTO must be auto approved for all Exempt employees. Exempt/Non Exempt is captured in Job task under Overtime status field and nowhere in Employment page. Any suggestion how we can achieve this requirement?
