Can we send email/in app notification to analyst when a new participant is assigned to analyst?

Currently, when an analyst is assigned a new participant, there is no notification mechanism in place, which results in analysts being unaware of new assignments.

If analysts receive real-time notifications when new participants are assigned, then:

• Analysts will become immediately aware of new assignments
• Manual effort spent checking participant lists will be reduced
• Time to first action on new participants will decrease
• Overall productivity and user experience will improve

Is there any feature? Any ways to achieve this?
