How do we access the Detailed navigator from Ask Oracle Page

- For some of the Admin users, they may have many roles leading to multiple navigator links. Is it still possible to access detailed navigator to quickly access the required menu item?
- Also, I didnt notice the detailed Approval notifications, created by me, assigned to me all those details- from here can we find them?
