How to enable parallel approval first responder wins to a particular representative group(HRBP)

Summary:

We have around 5 levels of approvals in series starts with HRBP then compensation, Payroll, Benefits, etc., then goes for FYI notification for others, but here we have requirement that HRPB team can have 4-5 representatives but it need not be approved by all the members of the team it has to be one responder from the whole team is enough then it should go for further nodes like compensation, Payroll, etc,.

Request some one to help me with the navigation of the configuration to achieve this.
