The scheduled job "Evaluate Group Membership" is unable to refresh the calendar rule

Currently, we have scheduled an hourly "Incremental updates for all groups" in scheduled process "Evaluate Group Membership". Although the job completes, the calendar rule isn’t updating from the schedule. When a worker is newly hired or has an assignment change (e.g., department, location, position), the calendar is not automatically assigned.

The misassignment of calendar affects the public holiday of the employee. It will affect the time calculation in time card and the absence record.
