26B - change worker type action is NOT available

Summary:

Change Worker Type action is not available under list of actions for an HR Spec under My Client Groups > Employment info workarea.

The required profile option is set to Yes by default by Oracle - ORA_PER_EMPL_CHG_WRK_TYPE_DFLT_FRM_SRC_ENABLED

The required role is given to the HR Specialist custom role - ORA_PER_CHANGE_WORKER_TYPE (Change Worker Type)

But still The Change worker type action is NOT available for the HR spec.
