How to remove with RUI Pending Worker task from Quick action with privileges

Summary:

We have the requirement to remove all pending worker tasks from HR roles.
We have removed the below privilege but pending work task not getting removed in UI in my client group for HR specialist.

Role Code

PER_PENDING_WORKER_ADDITION_DUTY

ORA_PER_PENDING_WORKER_HIRE_DUTY

ORA_PER_PENDING_WORKER_QUICK_HIRE_DUT

Can anyone help if this can be hidden through privileges or personalisation is the only way to hide it.
