TIP Move Non-processed Goods from FTZ into Free Circulation-Entry declaration line doesn't split

Summary:

I am configuring Trade Incentive Program (TIP) to Move Non-processed Goods from FTZ into Free Circulation and have configured listed objects.

Trade Incentive Programs, Entry / Exit Profiles, Trade Incentive Program Rules, Constraint Sets, Trade incentives Program Zone status, Declaration having prior zone status as (NON - PRIVILEGED FOREIGN, PRIVILEGED FOREIGN,DOMESTIC)

Steps followed

1. Created two Declarations one for inward movement to move good into FTZ area and 2nd declaration line to move out to free circular area.
2. Entry declaration line with quantity 10 having status NON - PRIVILEGED FOREIGN
3. Exit declaration line is created with No Zone status.
4. Performed “Perform Entry/Exit Recording” on the first Declaration has created one records in Trade Incentive Program Inventories and Trade Incentive Program Inventory Movement as 10 quantities available and receipt respectively.
