How Can We Configure Employment Lifecycle Policy Advisor to Respond Based on Person Type in AI Agent

We are using the Employment Lifecycle Policy Advisor model in AI Agent Studio to answer candidates' questions during the onboarding process.
For this purpose, we are using documents as a knowledge base, allowing the agent to consult this information and provide more accurate responses to candidates.
In our scenario, the information is segregated according to the audience type, such as:
- Interns
- CLT Employees
- Young Apprentices
We would like to understand the best way to configure the agent so that it can identify the person type and respond correctly based on the policies and information corresponding to each audience.
Is there any recommended approach to implement this segmentation using, for example, context variables or any other configuration available in AI Agent Studio?
