Cancelled order lines in Booking history
Summary:
Our business cancels all backordered lines at the time of shipping. As part of the demand planning implementation, we are using the Booking History – Booked Item by Request Date measure to capture bookings history. However, cancelled orders and partially cancelled lines (after partial shipments) are currently not included in the booking history. The business requirement is that cancelled lines should be considered as part of the final booking history.
Is there any configuration or option available in Demand Management to support this behavior, instead of using the FBDI method to load cancelled orders or cancelled lines into history? Please confirm.
