Link shared in live chat is not opening

Hi, I am having an issue when sharing a link on the live chat. AI suggest relevant articles to share which works fine and for the agent they can see the article they shared and when clicking on the link it takes them to the relevant article. This does not work for the employee and when they click on the article they are taken to the homepage and the link is in red rather then blue. Not sure what is not working.
