Recalculate cost (only accesorials)

Hi,

We currently have a custom agent that performs the Recalculate Shipment action. However, our requirement is to recalculate only the accessorial costs without impacting the base transportation cost.

We have explored the following options:

• Setting the cost base to FIXED before triggering the Recalculate Shipment action
  → However, the system still generates a new cost instead of preserving the base cost

• Similar to previus point, sing the Re-rate Shipment action instead of Recalculate Shimpment
  → This leads to the same result, with both base and accessorial costs being recalculated and generates a new base cost
