Onboarding Trigger - Issue

Hi everyone,

I have an issue related to the onboarding process.

It seems that the onboarding journey trigger is not starting in PROD. I tested the same process in the TEST environment and there are no anomalies there — the trigger works correctly and I receive the email allowing me to start the onboarding journey.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue before?
These seem to be sporadic cases.
