Clarification on Mapping Delivered Agent Teams to Custom Supervisor Agent in Oracle Fusion HCM AI
Summary:
I’m currently working on designing a Supervisor Agent to handle Employee Self Service (ESS) queries and transactions such as Absence, Personal Information, Performance Goals, Document of Record (DOR)
While exploring the delivered capabilities, I noticed that some prebuilt (delivered) agents are available and can be copied, but they appear only under Agent Teams and I’m unable to directly map or associate them with my newly created Supervisor Agent.
To work around this, I created separate agents by replicating the configuration (tools, prompts, etc.) from the delivered agents.
I have a couple of questions:
1. Will these replicated agents be considered purely custom agents, even though they mirror delivered ones?
