Command to download staging tables TDATASEG table

Summary:
We are encountering an issue where our load job fails during the export stage due to missing metadata members. As a result, we must correct all missing metadata and then reload the data file, which consumes valuable time during the actuals load window. In FCC, the dry run command would have allowed us to test the load in advance and resolve issues proactively. Since EPM does not provide a dry‑run feature, I wanted to determine whether there is any EPM Automate or REST API command that would allow me to download the staging tables (TDATASEG tables) for a specific period
