AI Advisor agent not working on Opportunity Insights page and Sales Plays not visible

  1. The AI Advisor agent is not functioning on the Opportunity Insights page. For every user query, the agent returns “No result found.” This also occurs when selecting a recommendation from the right-side panel, which launches AI Advisor Agent directly. The issue appears to be specific to the Opportunity Insights page. The user has all the required roles and privileges assigned.
  2. Also, I am unable to generate Account Summary which is present on the landing page of this Insights page.
  3. How can I resolve this issue? At the same time, where can I view the sales plays on this screen? I can view the sales motions generated in "View All Objectives" section. However, I am not able to find Sales Plays on this screen.
