Displaying Position Entry Date and Position Exit Date in Positions Screen in OTBI or BI Publisher

Has anyone been able to display Position Entry Date and Position Exit Date from the Incumbents region of Positions(Maintain Positions Actions) screen?

We are trying to display these 2 dates in a report but are having trouble determining the table and its structure. We also have multiple assignment scenarios and need to join with assignment ID in addition to Position ID.
