Old Azure Name Displaying After upgrading our Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM)

Summary:

We found this really odd behavior after we upgraded our Oracle Identity and Access Management for Oracle Fusion with new Azure environments for dev, test, and production. The old names associated with the previous SSO setups are showing when you go to log in with the new IAM. We even deactivated the old Azure applications associated with it, and it's still showing the old names. We even tried deleting one of the old (no longer used) Azure names, and it didn't do anything. This is confusing users because they are not expecting to see
