Unable to open ZIP files downloaded from Inbox/Outbox - Valid Intersection and CLS

Summary:

Hi all,
we have an integration model where OIC uploads ZIP files into the EPM Inbox/Outbox Explorer. These ZIP files are then used by the following jobs:

  • Import Valid Intersections
  • Import Cell Level Security

The upload process as well as the import job from OIC completes successfully and the files are visible in Inbox/Outbox Explorer.

However, when we download the ZIP files from Inbox/Outbox Explorer and try to open them locally, WinZip returns the following error:

“End-of-central-directory signature not found. Either this file is not a Zip file, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part Zip file.”
