Downloading attachments causes receipt to fail

in Inventory Management

Has anyone experienced the following:

When you entering your receipt and you drag and drop an attachment, that if you open/download the attachment before you submit the receipt. It fails to create a receipt.

If you just add the attachment and don't download the attachment then the process works fine.sd

This never happened before. This has started since 26B

Is this due to the two new privileges for adding attachments post receipt?
