Mass Downloading files from UCM or Web Content server

How to download files in mass to local system from the UCM or Web Content Server ?

We have some requirement to download the yearly / mid year performance documents and load it into the document of records. We are able to print and generate the performance documents in the UCM server. The files are being generated for all employees individually by the name of empno_performancedoctype_performanceyear.pdf. We need to understand if there is a way to download the files from the UCM to local system/any other server, so that we can load the files back into document of records module via HDL.
