USE CASE:
Business wants to have a rule to approve change orders made in an agreement based on amount range and price percentage range
For example:
If change order is made at header level at agreement amount, up to 20k USD( increase or decrease) or at line level at price up to 5% (increase or decrease) then should be automatically approved
If change order is made at header level at agreement amount, up to 40k USD (from 20k to 40K , increased or decreased) or at line level at price up to 10% (from 5.01% to 10% increase or decrease) then should be routed to approval group 1… and so on
