How to retrieve APPLLOG_DIR/xxxxx.log log file using BIP

Summary:

We enable AFLOG and generate a log file in directory APPLLOG_DIR. Is there a way to retrieve this log file in BIP? I google and it say that we can use ULT-FILE to retrieve this information. Is anyone have this query to share with us.
