Trying to clear zeroes but ODR does not work

Summary:

As there are a lot of stray zeroes in our environment (manually loaded by users), we want to delete them to improve performance.

We tried it using two Essbase methods as shown below with the help of our Essbase colleagues, but to no avail.

I found similar code in other topics which seems to work. Does anyone have an idea what we are doing wrong?
We even limited to one cell / custom / data source combination, but the system keeps extracting that zero on the account.
We also tried to enter a number on that cell, but that also did not work.
