Positions Assistant is not able to fetch the Business Unit details

Hi - We are seeing issue with Positions Assistant, has anyone come across this or a similar AI issue and how do we address this.

Positions Assistant Agent has stopped execution with the message 'Sorry, the assistant is unavailable right now. If the issue persists, contact your help desk.'. Upon debugging, this is the response we see. It collected the Effective Start Date, Position Name, Job Name and the moment Business Unit Name was provided, it stops with this message.
