REDWOOD Employment Info - Change the upper right button from "Add Assignment" to "Change Assignment"

Currently, on the Redwood "Employment Info" page, clicking on an employee's name displays all assignment details with an "Add Assignment" button in the upper right corner. It would be beneficial to relabel this button as "Change Assignment" as modifying existing assignments is significantly more common than creating new ones.
