User cannot see data when using the PER_ASSIGNMENT_SECURED_LIST_V table and AOR

Summary:

User cannot see data when using the PER_ASSIGNMENT_SECURED_LIST_V table and AOR.

There was anothe item that said we should add the "Human Resource Analyst" role.

We added it and ran the Retrieve LDAP process.

But the user still cannot see the data.
