Can we customize Contract Terms PDF template in different format

Summary:

We have created the clause, in clause text, we have copied the word document content and attached, variables added for ex: [@Start Date], we called the same clause in Terms template and created, assigned default contract type to the terms template.

Contract created by using the contract type in Redwood UI, in the contract terms tab, PDF document attached as default, when the PDF document downloaded and opened, the format is not looking fine, we need to change the entire layout and format, please let me know can we modify the standard template in BI to fulfill the requirement.
