Inquiry Regarding Paying Withholding Tax by Client, not suppliers in Oracle Fusion

Hi All,

The client would like to configure Withholding Tax (WHT) in Oracle Fusion so that the company bears the withholding tax amount instead of the non-local suppliers. Additionally, the client requires the accounting entry to use an Expense account on the debit side rather than a Liability account, which is the current system behavior. Based on this setup, the WHT invoice should be generated automatically.

However, the current Oracle Fusion functionality only allows the use of Liability account types for WHT accounting, not Expense accounts. In addition, the Self-Assessed Tax option does not appear to be available for Withholding Taxes in Oracle Fusion.
