Greetings!

We are facing an issue with login to cloud environment.

This was working fine earlier and has been failing now.

The error message is as shown in screenshot below-

There is a very generic error message.

Please suggest if anyone has any inputs to get this resolved. This looks like the issue with the identify management but should this go to Oracle (as a Service Request) or SSO Team or something else, as the given message text is not much helpful.
