We have loaded two BOMS with different "ALTERNATE_BOM_DESIGNATOR" & PRIMARY_FLAG, getting errored

We have loaded two BOMS with different "ALTERNATE_BOM_DESIGNATOR" & PRIMARY_FLAG, But it getting errored out.

Our Scenario is client is using multiple versions for the BOM for the same item, we are trying to achieve this by using these two fileds, but getting the error for both BOM and BOM Component file.

BOM file error - You must enter a value for the PRIMARY_FLAG attribute.

BOM Component file error - You must provide a valid value for the ASSEMBLY_NAME OR ORGANIZATION_CODE OR ALTERNATE_BOM-
_DESIGNATOR attribute.
