Currently we are facing issues with Retirement where Save and Close is allowed when there is Error

Hi Currently we are facing some issues with Retirement (Source Lines Retirement) where we can still click Save and Close when there is an Error Pop Up for certain scenarios:
1/ When entering data that is not in Number format in Amount Retired, and error pop up will appear >> Error: The value is not a number. but the user can still click Save and Close
2/ When entering Amount Retired greater than Line Amount, and error pop up will appear >> You must enter a retired amount between zero and the source line amount. (FA-645632), but user can still click Save and Close as well
