Guided journey AI agent tasks are not visible to the employees through guided journey

Core Issue: We have enabled a Guided Journey via the standard tiles under Me (Employee Self-Service). When an employee clicks the tile, the Guided Journey page opens correctly in a new tab. However, the AI Agent tasks configured under that Guided Journey are completely invisible to the employee, despite having assigned what we believe are the correct privileges.

Current Setup & Steps Taken:

  • Navigation: Employee -> Me -> [Guided Journey Tile] -> Navigates successfully to the new tab.
  • Configuration: Guided Journey is active, and AI Agent tasks are mapped to it.
  • Security/Roles: We have already provisioned the standard Guided Journey privileges and the relevant AI Agent privileges to the employee custom/seeded roles.
