Perform the ‘restrict sub-inventories’ check in warning type

Hi,

Our customer needs the "restrict subinventories" control but wants to manage the exception.

So, for example, sometimes he need to do a purchase order and specified a subinventory even if there isn't the item-subonventory association

How can we manage this need ?
