How do we disable/hide add and delete icons in array sets in Redwood for any sales group

Summary:

We have to disable addition and deletions in an array for SalesRep user group for Change Order quotes. We can enable or disable it for all users in Redwood but not for specific user groups. In jet we are able to achieve this using JavaScript. If there is JavaScript solution in Redwood that we can implement, let us know please.
